The Nigerian football player successfully won his case against Al Metterikh SC from Sudan regarding a breach of contract with just cause. Nevertheless, even after the decision became final and biding the Club has not respected FIFA decision and now is sanctioned with a ban from registering new players until the effective payment is made.
